WRRCC is here to provide you with Club Registration of your classic vehicle. We welcome all cars, motorcycles, and trucks that are 25 years or older regardless of make or model.

Our Membership Options

Our Standard Car Club Memberships and inclusions are listed below, all members who elect to attend the required 6 x Members Meetings per year can enjoy the benefits of a discounted Membership with all the inclusions!

Club meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every month at The Founders Restaurant, 246 Fosters Rd, Oakden SA 5086. Please see below for more information on joining us as a member.

#1: Individual Membership

An Individual Membership is perfect for classic car, hot rod, muscle car, motorcycle and vintage vehicle enthusiasts who want to be part of a passionate community.

This membership gives you access to all club activities, voting rights on club matters, and eligibility to participate in the South Australian Registration Scheme.

Benefits of Individual Membership:

✅ Eligibility for the Club Registration Scheme & MR334 vehicle forms
✅ Free logbook processing for eligible vehicles
✅ Access to the members-only area on our website
✅ A welcoming community of fellow car car and motorcycle enthusiasts

Requirements to Maintain Standard Membership:

Must attend a minimum of six (6) club meetings per year (July–June).
If attendance falls below six meetings, membership will be adjusted to Privileged status after the May meeting.

Annual Fee: $40 per year

#2: Family Membership

A Family Membership is designed for households where multiple family members share a love for classic and vintage cars or motorcycles. This option includes up to two adults and their dependent children (under 18) living at the same address.

Benefits of Family Membership:

✅ All Individual Membership benefits for both adults
✅ Includes dependent children (under 18) at no extra cost
✅ Family-friendly events and activities
✅ A great way to share your love of cars car and motorcycles with the whole family

Note: Children under 18 are welcome to participate in club activities but are not eligible to vote on club matters.

Requirements to Maintain Standard Membership:

#3: Privileged Membership

What is Privileged Membership? Privileged Membership is available to those who either:

Do not meet the six-meeting requirement, resulting in their membership being adjusted to Privileged status after the May meeting.
Elect to join as a Privileged Member upon sign-up, for those who prefer to be part of the club without the commitment of attending meetings.

Privileged members still enjoy many club benefits including:

✅ Voting rights on club decisions
✅ Eligibility for the Club Registration Scheme & MR334 vehicle forms
✅ Full access to club events, meets, and social gatherings
✅ Access to the members-only area on our website
✅ A welcoming community of car and motorcycle enthusiasts

Annual Fees:

Individual: $100 per year
Family: $140 per year

A Few Things to Note

To join, you’ll need an active email address and PayPal account.
Membership runs from July 1 to June 30, regardless of your joining month.

Joining is simple:

Just complete the online application, pay your Membership fee, and you’ll be part of the club as soon as your application is processed! You’ll receive a confirmation email when your membership is activated.

Don't Forget!:

ALL Members who hold INDIVIDUAL or FAMIILY memberships must attend a minimum of six club meetings from the 1st of July to 30th of June. (unless a member joined part way through a year).

If a member does not attend the prescribed SIX MEETINGS, then the membership will be change to Privileged status after the May meeting. (To have your membership changed back you will need to attend 6 meetings in the next membership year).

Your membership is from the 1st of July to 30th of June regardless of what month you join, your renewal is always the 1st of July.
